To start using this bot, an admin of the discord server needs to register to the bot. The admin can do this by running the /admin-register command
This command has 1 parameter:
wallet: The wallet of the discord owners. This tool is free to use, but it requests the wallet to avoid incorrect usage of the bot, and to enable future pay as you go features.
